
Appointment Scheduling

Please be thoughtful about the amount of time you've scheduled for a visit and, when booking, please indicate the reason. With patient-directed scheduling, I will NOT be able to extend the length of your appointment time. This ensures that I have plenty of slots available for all patients.

Available options to schedule include:

​
- Video visits of 30 or 60 minutes
-- You will receive a video link via onpatient after booking
​
- In clinic visits
-- PLEASE text upon arrival and DO NOT ENTER until I've responded via text that you may come into the clinic.
-- If you do not hear from me by 10 minutes past your appointment time, you may call, but be aware that I may occasionally run over-time and you will get your full appointment time.

Please err on the side of booking a longer appointment.

E-mail and portal message exchanges requiring more than 5 minutes will be billed accordingly.
PLEASE reserve this mode of communication for NON URGENT messages. It is very unlikely that I can respond same day, and may take several days. If you would like to have a quick response, please book a phone, video or clinic visit

Self- scheduling is for established patients ONLY. I am not accepting new patients.
If an appointment is scheduled for a patient new to the practice without approval, it will be deleted immediately and without notice.
